Report an insurance guide correction
Insurance wording and provider arrangements change. When reporting a correction, include the page address, the wording you believe is wrong and, where possible, a link to the current PDS, regulator page or other primary source.

Details to include in a correction
For a correction, identify the exact page and sentence, explain what appears inaccurate and attach or link to the current primary source. Useful sources include an insurer’s current PDS or Supplementary PDS, an ASIC or APRA register entry, legislation, an AFCA page or a state maritime authority. Please remove policy numbers, claim numbers, addresses and other sensitive personal information before writing.
Insurance website enquiries
Gabriel can review factual corrections, unclear explanations, accessibility problems, broken links, missing source citations and disclosure questions about the publication. This channel cannot provide quotes, recommend a policy, interpret your personal cover, manage a claim or contact an insurer on your behalf. For those matters, use the contact details in your policy documents or speak with an appropriately licensed professional.
How feedback is handled
Submissions are checked against the strongest available source. A correction may result in an immediate wording change, a source update or a note that more evidence is needed.
